But into 4 pcs all the idlis prepared and mix in the masala made by adding 1/2 cup of water so that the masala gets coated well with all the idlis it will soak and makes idli soft and if you want more crispy from outside fry more time till it becomes totally dry and crispy and enjoy this yummy delicious with coconut chutney best for breakfast and evening snacks also..
