- Boil oil in pan and fry eggs in the oil. Then set them aside and fry cinnamon sticks in the same oil. Put potato cubes in the oil and fry it..
- In the meantime mix the tomato paste, onion paste,curd and coriander powder with salt in a bowl. Add the mixture in the pan. Saute them well. Add eggs as well..
- Now add water as much needed to thicken up the gravy..
